Smoked Queso

Servings: Serves 4

Prep Time: ~10-15 minutes

List of Ingredients:

  • 1 Large Red Cabbage (Sliced)

  • 4 Green Apples (Sliced into Sticks)

  • 2 Tbsp. of Diced Green Onion

  • 1 Bundle of Cilantro (Chopped)

  • 1 Cup of Olive Oil

  • 3/4 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1/3 of Proud Souls Grill Candy

  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard

  • 1 Tbsp. Salt, Pepper, Garlic Rub (“SPG”)

  • 1 Green Apple (Chopped)

Instructions:

  1. Slice the red cabbage, slice the green apples into sticks, add the diced green onion, and lastly add the chopped cilantro

  2. Mix the veggies

  3. For the vinaigrette, combine the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Proud Souls grill candy, dijon, SPG, and the chopped green apple

  4. Mix the vinaigrette into the veggies an hour before serving for the most crunch

  5. Serve and enjoy!
