The HBE BBQ competition team is dedicated to the art of barbecue and the pursuit of excellence in the competitive circuit. We are a passionate team of grillmasters, pitmasters, and food enthusiasts made up of family and friends who strive to create the perfect BBQ every time.

We participate in local and regional barbecue competitions, where we compete against other teams to showcase our skills. We take pride in using only the highest quality meats, which includes wagyu brisket and RedBird Farms chicken thighs, seasoning blends, and smoking techniques to create the most delicious and mouth-watering barbecue dishes.
